What can be treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine?

I’m particularly confident of the effects of TCM on injury recovery, boosting immunity, stress/anxiety, menstrual disorders and fertility. However Chinese Medicine can be used for all conditions where the body is out of balance and may present as:

  • Infections: viral infections including Influenza; Ross River; Hepatitis; Herpes Zoster; Herpes Simplex; Glandular Fever; and resulting in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Bacterial infections eg. of the respiratory, urinary, digestive systems and the skin. Fungus and yeast infections.
  • Psychological and Emotional conditions: depression, anxiety, stress, mood swings, obsessive compulsive disorder, addictions.

  • Ear, Nose, Throat: conjunctivitis, stye, glaucoma, floaters, gradual loss of vision (retinitis pigmentosa), inflammation, Meniere’s disease, tinnitus, rhinitis, nosebleed, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis.
  • Respiratory conditions: asthma, wheezing, cough, bronchitis, breathing difficulty, fullness of the chest, repeated infections.
